What is an ‘anonymous’ LLC?
Some states allow the formation of an LLC, wherein they never ask who owns or manages the LLC. In this respect, the LLC is anonymous and can be a valuable financial privacy tool.

Many Nevada corporation promoters claim “Nevada is the only state that doesn’t share information with the IRS!” However, in the case the anonymous LLCs, the state doesn’t have any useful information it could share with the IRS. Which do you think is better?
